In our search for overall success, we all know what we need to do, most of us know how to do it, …, but simply we don’t act.
Sales-people know they need to contact 5 people a day to arrange 1 meeting a day and for closing 2 deals a month. Reality shows, we do not make these 5 daily contacts. In order to stay and keep fit, we need to exercise, we all know this, but despite all signals our body transmits, most of us do not exercise. Many more illustration are living examples that we know what to do, how to do it, but simply not take action.
We do not translate our goals into daily actions, into eatable peaces, we do things and we hope we will achieve more or less our goals.
Real leaders understand that without these daily actions nothing or too few happen. After we understand better who we are, discover our real identity, recognize better our limitations and define our purpose, we need to take action, not only action, but massive action.
